Do I need to be confident in the subject already?
No. We can start with the areas you find difficult and build from there. Bring your questions, even the ones you think you should already know.
What happens in the trial lesson?
We'll talk about your goals, work through some questions together, and identify where support would help. It's also your chance to see whether my teaching style suits you.
Do I have to commit to ongoing lessons?
No. Start with the trial and decide afterwards. If you'd like to continue, we'll discuss a regular time and a plan for your learning.
What are the price and lesson arrangements?
Your trial is free of charge. Ongoing tutoring is $60 per 60-minute session, including subject booklets, weekly homework, practice assessments, feedback and between-lesson support. Sibling and organised-group discounts can be discussed. Choose online lessons via Zoom or in-person lessons at an agreed location. Online sessions are $60; in-person sessions start at $60, with any travel fee quoted and agreed before booking. See everything included
Can a parent or guardian enquire?
Absolutely. Students and parents are both welcome to enquire. For younger students, a parent or guardian can provide their contact details and help organise the lesson.
